This April, in honor of Earth Month, we launched our first Sustainability on the Side event by donating sustainably packaged sandwiches and vegan donuts from Mangia NYC to The Bowery Mission to support people experiencing homelessness. Each meal came with a simple info card on sustainable eating—because caring for people and the planet should always go hand in hand!
